Ciao a tuttx, scriviamo questo testo come Link Up Collective, “quellx del dinosauro” che ci ha accompagnato in questi ultimi anni (Sound Disorder Crew, Subversion, Torpedo, 03 Unit, Heartquake, Klinikal Center, Psychotronik, Kimo) per chiedere un supporto in seguito alle numerose perdite e spese legali che dobbiamo sostenere dopo il Big Fucking Party vol. 4.
L’intera area i giorni precedenti la festa è stata militarizzata e sottoposta a un controllo serrato. Il 30 dicembre, ancor prima di entrare in festa, uno dei nostri furgoni che conteneva parte dell’impianto è stato fermato in tarda mattinata dagli sbirri, l’hanno perquisito e sottoposto ad un fermo amministrativo. Dopo mille peripezie e solo tramite il pagamento di 3000€ di multa siamo riusciti a liberare il furgone e portarlo alla festa.
All’uscita, la guardia civil ha fermato e detenuto per più giorni alcuni nostri compagni, sequestrandogli tutta l’attrezzatura e il furgone che la trasportava. In un secondo momento, è stato fermato un altro mezzo con tutta l’attrezzatura del bar. Dopo alcuni giorni dalla fine della festa, un ulteriore furgone, che trasportava parte del sound ed era parcheggiato vicino alla festa, è stato reso inutilizzabile da sbirri e infami, i quali hanno rotto i finestrini, gli specchietti, la porta posteriore, preso la batteria, la targa e tagliato tutte le gomme, senza sottoporlo ufficialmente a sequestro. Esercitando un palese abuso di potere e riconfermandosi le merde che sono, loro e chi li sostiene. Inoltre, è sparito il sound che era dentro al furgone.
Grazie al supporto degli abitanti del territorio non tutto è andato perduto ma ci troviamo ora ad affrontate ulteriori ed ingenti spese, perciò abbiamo scelto di organizzare questa raccolta fondi per chiunque avesse voglia di sostenerci.
Non saranno queste manovre repressive a fermarci, ci stanno solo fortificando e unendo sempre di più. Non si libereranno mai di noi!

Hello everyone, we are writing this text as Link Up Collective, “those of the dinosaur” who have been with us over the past years (Sound Disorder Crew, Subversion, Torpedo, 03 Unit, Heartquake, Klinikal Center, Psychotronik, Kimo), to ask for support following the numerous losses and legal expenses we are facing after Big Fucking Party vol. 4.
The entire area was militarized and under heavy control in the days leading up to the party. On December 30th, even before entering the party, one of our vans carrying part of the sound system was stopped late in the morning by the cops, searched, and placed under administrative seizure. After countless complications, and only by paying a €3000 fine, we managed to get the van released and bring it to the party. On the way out, the Guardia Civil stopped and detained some of our comrades for several days, seizing all their equipment and the van transporting it.
Later on, another vehicle carrying all the bar equipment was stopped. A few days after the end of the party, yet another van transporting part of the sound system and parked near the party was destroyed by cops and snitches: they smashed the windows, mirrors, and rear door, stole the battery and license plate, slashed all the tires, without officially seizing the vehicle an obvious abuse of power, once again confirming the pieces of shit they are, along with those who support them. On top of that, the sound system inside the van disappeared.
Thanks to the support of the local residents, not everything was lost, but we are now facing further significant expenses. For this reason, we have decided to organize this fundraiser for anyone who wants to support us.
These repressive maneuvers will not stop us, they are only making us stronger and more united. They will never get rid of us!

Hola a todxs, escribimos este texto como Link Up Collective, “lxs del dinosaurio”, que nos ha acompañado durante estos últimos años (Sound Disorder Crew, Subversion, Torpedo, 03 Unit, Heartquake, Klinikal Center, Psychotronik, Kimo), para pedir apoyo tras las numerosas pérdidas y gastos legales que debemos afrontar después del Big Fucking Party vol. 4.
Durante los días previos a la fiesta, toda la zona fue militarizada y sometida a un estricto control. El 30 de diciembre, incluso antes de entrar en la fiesta, una de nuestras furgonetas que transportaba parte del sound system fue detenida a última hora de la mañana por los policías, registrada y sometida a una retención administrativa. Tras mil complicaciones y solo mediante el pago de una multa de 3000 €, conseguimos liberar la furgoneta y llevarla a la fiesta. A la salida, la Guardia Civil detuvo y retuvo durante varios días a algunos de nuestros compañerxs, incautándoles todo el material y la furgoneta que lo transportaba.
Más tarde, fue detenido otro vehículo con todo el material del bar. Algunos días después del final de la fiesta, otra furgoneta—que transportaba parte del sound y estaba aparcada cerca de la fiesta—fue inutilizada por policías y chivatos: rompieron las ventanas, los retrovisores y la puerta trasera, robaron la batería y la matrícula, y cortaron todas las ruedas, sin someterla oficialmente a ningún decomiso; ejerciendo un claro abuso de poder y reafirmándose una vez más como la mierda que son, ellos y quienes los apoyan. Además, el sound que estaba dentro de la furgoneta desapareció.
Gracias al apoyo de lxs habitantes del territorio, no todo se perdió, pero ahora nos enfrentamos a nuevos gastos. Por ello, hemos decidido organizar esta recaudación de fondos para cualquiera que tenga ganas de apoyarnos.
Estas maniobras represivas no nos detendrán, solo nos están haciendo más fuertes y más unidxs que nunca. ¡Nunca se librarán de nosotrxs!

Bonjour à toutes, nous écrivons ce texte comme Link Up Collective, “celles du dinosaure” qui nous a accompagnés ces dernières année (Sound Disorder Crew, Subversion, Torpedo, 03 Unit, Heartquake, Klinikal Center, Psychotronik, Kimo), pour demander un support à la suite de nombreuses pertes et frais juridiques que nous devons affronter après le Big Fucking Party vol. 4.
Dans les jours précédant la teuf Toute la zone a été militarisée et soumise à un contrôle strict. Le 30 décembre, avant d’entrer a la teuf, un de le notre camion transportant une partie du sound system a été arrêté en fin de matinée par les flics, fouillé et placé en rétention administrative.
Après mille galères, et seulement grâce au paiement d’une amende de 3000 €, nous avons réussi à récupérer le fourgon et à l’amener à la fête. À la sortie, la Guardia Civil a arrêté et détenu pendant plusieurs jours certains de nos camarades, en leur saisissant tout le matériel ainsi que le fourgon qui le transportait.
Par la suite, un autre véhicule transportant tout le matériel du bar a été arrêté. Quelques jours après la fin de la fête, un autre fourgon—transportant une partie du sound et stationné près de la fête—a été rendu inutilisable par des flics et des balances : vitres, rétroviseurs et porte arrière cassés, batterie et plaque d’immatriculation volées, pneus crevés, sans aucune saisie officielle—un abus de pouvoir évident, confirmant une fois de plus les merdes qu’ils sont, eux et ceux qui les soutiennent. De plus, le sound system qui se trouvait à l’intérieur a disparu.
Grâce au soutien des habitants du territoire, tout n’a pas été perdu, mais nous devons maintenant faire face à de nouvelles dépenses importantes. C’est pourquoi nous avons décidé d’organiser cette cagnotte pour toutes celles et ceux qui souhaitent nous soutenir.
Ces manœuvres répressives ne nous arrêteront pas : elles ne font que nous renforcer et nous unir davantage. Ils ne se débarrasseront jamais de nous !
